I can’t log in and it’s saying my login and user is wrong I need to get in so I can get my w2 need help asap

I’ve had this app since it was released but when I tried to log on today it said that my face recognition failed and then it said my user id was invalid so I tried to create a new account but it says my email is already registered. There needs to be an email based account recovery.

I like the layout of this app, but, my job position isn't listed, so I can't continue to create a profile. Once the app is updated, I'm sure I'll enjoy it!  I’m a Junior Decon Tech.

**Developer response:** Sorry about that!  What is your position?  We want to update our list so you can create an account!

Last week I tried to log in, and that error pop up. I tried changing the password and even demote the app and install it again but it didn’t work.
