On and off, making it impossible. For a company that claims to be a leader in telecom, this app is shockingly poor in both design and functionality. It’s full of bugs, crashes frequently, and often fails to load basic information like balance, data usage, or plan details. There’s clearly no proper IT team managing this app — backend issues, broken UI elements, and slow performance are constant problems. You’d expect a smoother and more reliable experience, especially from a telecom giant like Etisalat, but this app feels outdated and neglected. There is no cancel option and even when clicking on it the back click is not working.
