Now I’m trying to open the app, it’s not more opening. And I have a deal with tabby. How will I pu them cuz the have my ewall Apple Pay card. But the e money app isn’t opening again. Transactions are smooth, and selecting “self” as the beneficiary correctly reflects the remitter’s name, which is helpful. However, one major drawback is in beneficiary management. Only the beneficiary name is visible on the dashboard, and bank details are not displayed. For users who maintain multiple bank accounts with different banks under the same name, it becomes very difficult to distinguish which beneficiary corresponds to which bank. While it is possible to open each beneficiary to check the details, this is time consuming and not user-friendly. It would greatly improve the user experience if the app allowed users to add a nickname or alias for each beneficiary (for example, “Self ,HDFC”, “Self SBI”, etc.), similar to what many other mobile remittance apps offer. This small enhancement would make the remittance process much faster and reduce the risk of selecting the wrong beneficiary. According to the merchants, the refunds were already processed, but the amount is stuck with Emoney. Pls ensure that you don’t transfer any money through e&money if your Emirates Id has expired and registered e-mail address is discontinued as things become difficult in such situations. Hence to conclude the safest option is transferring through your banks. Unlike other banks or financial apps that resolve refund issues within 24 hours after just being informed, e& money makes the process extremely difficult and frustrating. Their customer care is nearly impossible to reach, and when you do get through, they require you to go through multiple unnecessary steps. I was asked to send emails, provide the refund transaction date, the refund reference number, and even contact the merchant myself to collect this information and forward it to them. The whole experience felt like begging just to get back my own money. There’s no proper support system, no efficient follow-up, and no accountability from their side. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a financial app. I do not recommend using e& money. Transfers are almost instant, which makes it very convenient as I wanted to transfer money quickly due to the some emergency. The exchange rates offered are quite competitive compared to other apps and exchange services I’ve ever tried previously, so I feel I’ve got the good value here. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient option for international transfers.
