First off, extremely bad customer service, you can ONLY talk to a useless AI bot that repeats the same three lines. If you lose your sim abroad, forget about attempting to get a replacement because NOTHING works if you’re not in the UAE. And of course no one can solve your problems because all they have to assist you is a dysfunctional robot. App constantly crashes and lags, makes even the simplest service impossible to find and complete. Honestly at this point just go for another service like Du or Virgin.
