I think it's a robbery business. Only making money is their goal.

Service quality - Dishonest, Low, No commitments, poor customer care,  

There is total dishonesty available. Evaly will not serve what you buy; they force to buy a low-quality product by somehow. Also their seller, delivery man, client all people are victims in many ways.
