## What is e?

With e-Boks you can access your mail digitally and securely from both companies and public authorities, anywhere and anytime. 

Our app provides you with a range of options to organize your mail. But e-Boks is much more than just a digital mailbox:

- Sign documents digitally. The documents are easily signed using MitID and saved in e-Boks.
- Pay bills. Pay your bills directly in e-Boks. Pay with credit card or Betalingsservice. 
- e-Boks supports a multi-level folder structure unlike any other digital mailboxes out there, allowing you to organize your mail in a perfect tree structure.
- Mail management at your fingertips. Just swipe right to mark a message as read, or swipe left to archive.
- Read and manage mail that others have given you access to.
- Upload important personal documents. e-Boks is like an online bank vault, which allows you to store everything from mortgage deeds and birth certificates to photographs of your valuables for insurance claims.

We are also introducing e-Boks Plus. Here you can access a range of services which are designed to make your everyday life easier and more convenient. You decide which services you want to add, and you always have full control over the content. We are continuously adding new services and you are invited to share feedback and submit ideas to e-Boks Plus through the app.

It is easy to get started. You simply log-on as you are used to. If you are new to e-Boks we recommend creating a user with your MitID to get access to all features of the app.

The app doesn’t work after the 5.4.0 update.

**Developer response:** Unfortunately, the update caused this problem for some, and we apologise for that. We have fixed it in the latest version, which you can update to now in the App Store.

Efter at jeg har fået egen virksomhed og dermed kan vælge om jeg vil logge ind som privatperson eller virksomhedsejer, er e-boks appen blevet værdiløs. Når man vælger at logge på , og indtaster sit MitID så får man valgmuligheden - at vælge om man vil logge ind sim privat eller virksomhedsperson. Vælger så privat. Bliver bed om at indtaste ens MitID login, godkender så i MitID og e-boks appen hopper så tilbage og spørger igen, om man vil logge ind som virksomhed eller privatperson. Og sådan kan man blive ved. Man kommer aldrig videre men kører blot ring mellem at vælge og så indtaste sit MitID. At logge på e-boks via en browser er dog fortsat problemfrit.

A bit worrying that this app need to store the deviceid, that should not be necessary. This is the main reason for the 1 star rating as this is a major privacy concern as app could use a simple counter to track how many devices it is used on.

Also I find it strange that the app does not default to showing inbox but instead show latest documents even those that are read.
