### 4/5 — Solid healthcare app

*2025-06-07*

As someone who was implemented e-Bridge firsthand, I can say this platform is a powerful tool for modernizing pre-hospital care coordination and streamlining internal hospital acute care coordination. It connects the dots between the field and the hospital — and between departments within the hospital — in a way that traditional communication methods simply can’t.

One of the most common objections I hear is that e-Bridge creates duplication. Let’s be clear: that’s an outdated and misinformed perspective. In reality, this tool helps your team work smarter, not harder.

e-Bridge reduces delays and greatly enhances the quality of information shared during a patient’s most critical moments — pre-arrival and during early acute care processes. You’re already writing something down, already making calls, already opening your paging system. With e-Bridge, you can do all of that within a single platform, faster and more effectively. Once you analyze the chain of events and the actual workflow from beginning to end on a more global picture, you see how much time can be saved.

It supports the report-taker and the report-giver: whether EMS is delivering a verbal or visual prehospital report, or whether hospital staff is preparing for patient arrival and coordinating internal teams, someone has to document the interaction. e-Bridge just makes that documentation smarter and more impactful. Pictures, voice memos, structured forms, and ETA automation all reduce the chance of missed information and improve response coordination.

When used intelligently, e-Bridge enhances your existing workflow. It doesn’t ask staff to duplicate effort — it replaces scratch pads, pen and paper, and phone trees with a unified, secure, and efficient communication tool. And most importantly, it keeps the patient at the center of the process. Information entered can be copied into the EMR, once this became possible, the argument about duplication was over.

I’ve faced the skepticism. I’ve heard the pushback. But I’ve also seen the results. Teams that adopt e-Bridge not only move faster — they communicate better, activate resources earlier, and improve the patient experience. Once the lightbulb💡goes off and everybody understands how best to use it to help their workflow and the patient, great things happen.

This isn’t just about change. It’s about evolving the way we share critical information, both in the field and inside the hospital. The goal is better outcomes. e-Bridge is built to help you get there.

Like anything it’s not perfect and there’s definitely room for improvement in some areas but that’s also one of the things that I like about this company is that they actually listen and I have seen several new features implemented as a result of requests from the customer.

### 5/5 — Please change the ringtone!

*2024-01-26*

App works just fine, but the ringtone is beyond irritating and you can’t change it. It’s like an old fax machine noise. Please, life is stressful enough, let me change the alert tone

### 5/5 — Easy and Simple to use

*2023-05-11*

This is an amazing tool, the configurability, use cases are literally endless. It puts hot buttons to connect with resources, start processes and share information all at your fingertips through a common standardized format. Basically you can do everything you do with your smart phone using this HIPAA secure software.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2022-11-10*

Super easy, reliable, can do a lot of different things. They helped me build several custom configurations. Used it in my ER and with my internal Specialty teams. Highly recommend

### 1/5 — Bad

*2022-06-26*

Crashes. Love having to duplicate vital entry in multiple places. Great time use when we should be managing a patient.
