Shkarkoni aplikacionin eDogana dhe bëhuni pjesë e fuqishme për të mbështetur shtetin ne rrugën e prosperitetit , duke mos mbyllur syte para gjerave te shëmtuara qe pengojne zhvillimin e drejtë .

Aplikacioni, do të përdoret nga qytetarët e Kosovës, e jo vetëm, për të njoftuar Doganën e Kosovës për kontrabandën, korrupsionin apo shkeljet tjera eventuale. 
Qytetari nuk obligohet të zbulojë identitetin e tij personal, përjashtimisht me vullnetin e tij, dhe Dogana e Kosovës siguron qytetarët se të gjitha informatat, raportimet e pranuara nga qytetarët do ti trajtojë dhe mbrojë sipas Ligjit për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale dhe Ligji për mbrojtjen e sinjalizuesve si dhe akteve tjera ligjore në Republikën e Kosovës.
Që informata të jetë me peshë, Qytetari mund të dërgojë edhe vendndodhjen nga ku ai / ajo raporton.
