The e-services mobile application developed by our company provides citizens with convenient and fast access to various services of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Access to FHN services online – Citizens can use the Ministry’s services directly from the app. Digital submission and tracking of requests – Applications are submitted and monitored electronically. ASAN Pay integration – Users can securely pay fines, fees, and other payments directly within the app. Protocol view – Citizens can see administrative protocols issued in their name online. Notifications and alerts – Timely delivery of warnings and updates to users. Electronic requests – Citizens can send applications to different FHN agencies via the app. User-friendly interface – Simple navigation, clear menus, and fast performance mechanisms.
