You should be able to create 1 agreement, pay 1 price and be able to send that to each one of your clients ### 1/5 — Lacking enforceability, duplicated provisions, terrible grammar and so much more. *2025-04-08* You would be better off consulting an attorney. I purchased one of these as a template for a contract drafting exercise and these agreements,or “egreements,” are lacking several Components that make an agreement enforceable. If anything you are paying $29 a pop for peace of mind that does little else aside from proving a false sense of security. Disappointed at this stage. ### 1/5 — Protect your data *2020-08-16, version 1.0.2* In the Terms & Conditions of the app it states the following: “You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, AND SUB-LICENSABLE royalty free license to the Content you create through the Services giving us the right to use, modify, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, and display any such Content in any media.” In simple terms - what’s yours is theirs on this app. Be very very careful about what information you put into it. ### 2/5 — Price??? *2023-02-08* The price isn’t listed, I downloaded app and had to uninstall and reinstall this is the point where I found out that there is a price. I only had the app on my phone for a few hours before I deleted it.
