AGAIN it asks me for login details ( whereas i have already logged in ) afterwards everything is lost i have repeated for 4 times same thing. Bad organization *2019-04-09, version 2.22* With so many other services available these guys need to get their act together. Badly organized. Bad response bad communication ### 1/5 — Not on time! *2018-10-29, version 2.15* 2 out of my 3 orders were late. Not interested in using such a service any more which keeps you waiting; despite their claims on providing a timely service. ### 1/5 — Minimum order fee *2018-08-15, version 2.15* Minimum fee used to be 50 qr but is now 100 qr which is absolutely mental ### 2/5 — Overpriced!! *2019-11-29, version 2.35* Everything is more expensive than supermarket. For example, Baladna milk that is 6.25 QR at all bigger supermarket, is 7.25 QR on the app. Same for other cheap things like canned soft drink! I calculated their profit based on the prices of standard things like Pepsi and they make a profit of 11-15% on everything + delivery charge. Also, they don't provide the actual receipt from the hypermarket (Lulu) they buy from which also gives an indication that they are hiding their profit which goes to speak about other things, for example, maybe they buy things on special offer and then remove the special offer tags and sell it through the app. Not to mention that minimum order is QR 150. Any now, they have a fake ad on the app saying "reduced prices" but it isn't the truth. Honestly, not an app I will use unless extremely necessary. ### 2/5 — App needs work *2019-05-08, version 2.22* Categorization is bad. For example, in the meat category, there are sub-categories that make zero sense - personal care, baby stuff, and so on. This is in serious need of fixing. If you can't provide ingredient lists and a proper description for items, please provide images that can be zoomed in so we can read the details on the packaging. Long beans were substituted for string beans without my approval. They were old and stringy. More than half had to be tossed. Mint and cilantro were wilted with old rotten leaves. Had to throw out about a quarter of each. Nectarines are not great.
