## What is E?

E-INNA Admin is a B2B companion application for administrators of organizations using the E-INNA service.
The iOS app does not provide account registration or account creation. Users must already have an active E-INNA organization administrator account before signing in.
Organization administrators register for and configure the E-INNA service separately through the E-INNA web platform. The mobile application is used only to access and manage an existing organization account, including conversations, tickets, leads, and notifications from connected communication channels.
No purchases, subscription upgrades, pricing links, or account registration flows are available inside the iOS app.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3.0 — 2026-11-06

Version 1.3.0 puts your staff first: follow your team, manage roles and see the value E-INNA brings, from your phone.

• A "Staff, last 7 days" card on Home: how many conversations wait for staff, how fast people reply and who needs attention; collapse it when three numbers are enough.
• A Staff screen: see how each person works, change roles, deactivate or reactivate members and resend invitations from your phone.
• An Insights screen: Value, Conversations & AI, Leads & orders, Tickets and Usage, for today, 7 days, 30 days or dates you choose, for all assistants or one.
• Roles show plain names such as Tenant Admin and Support Agent; the app shows only the parts you are allowed to see.
• Time you spend viewing conversations in the app now counts in the Staff numbers.
• Switch assistants right from Home: tap the "Viewing" card to choose which ones to follow.
• "What's new" in Settings shows what changed in each version.
• The app tells you when a new version is out; tap "Update" to open the store.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-11-05

1. Home: tap the "Viewing" card at the top to choose which AI assistants the dashboard and lists show.
2. Settings > "What's new": a list of changes in each version. A short "What's new" sheet also appears once after updating.
3. Update reminder: when a newer version is available on the App Store, the app shows a message with an "Update" button that opens this app's App Store page. The minimum and latest versions are set on our server. During review no newer version is configured, so this message will not appear.
4. Settings shows the correct app version and build number.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-11-04
