O aplicativo E-Mind é razoável, mas ainda apresenta diversos pontos que precisam ser melhorados.

Minha principal insatisfação está no processo de cancelamento da assinatura, que é confuso e ineficiente. Embora exista uma opção para cancelar dentro do aplicativo, o cancelamento não é concluído corretamente. Além disso, mesmo após solicitar o cancelamento dentro do prazo informado pela empresa (2 dias), a assinatura não foi cancelada e uma nova cobrança foi realizada indevidamente no meu cartão de crédito.

A experiência de cancelamento precisa ser mais simples, transparente e, principalmente, funcionar conforme informado ao usuário.
