This is the worst app ever, It makes no sense, Downloading it was a mistake, 
The creator of this app is an absolute Buffon

As a parent, seeing my 16-year-old daughter with anxiety find this app helpful has been a relief. She appreciates how easy it is to use and how it gives her practical tools to manage her feelings. I’ve noticed her being more open and confident in handling her anxiety. If your teen struggles like mine, I’d recommend giving it a try.
