Les conseillers sont adorables, ultra-professionnels et surtout très efficaces pour régler les soucis en direct. J’ai eu un problème avec une borne qui ne fonctionnait pas : la personne en ligne a repris la main à distance et a redémarré la borne immédiatement pour que je puisse charger ma voiture sans attendre. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur réactivité et leur gentillesse. Ça fait un bien fou d'avoir un vrai SAV sur qui compter ! » ### 1/5 — Vente forcée chez le loueur SIXT *2026-05-30* Lors de la livraison de ma Fiat 500e, le loueur SIXT m’a forcée à prendre une carte e-motum me garantissant un service de recharge géographiquement au top. La réalité est tout autre. La carte n’est pas compatible avec les autres services de recharge comme OZECAR. La carte est vendue pour des périodes de location <7j ou >7j Seul avantage c’est qu’en prenant cette carte vous n’avez pas besoin de rendre le véhicule à 100% de charge. ### 1/5 — Véhicules Hertz incompatibles *2025-08-24* Service inutilisable ! Aucune recharge complète possible, le service client confirme que leur partenaire Hertz loue des véhicules incompatibles avec les bornes E-Motum. 7 jours de vacances = 13 appels au service client. Appli mobile mal fichue ### 1/5 — Très cher et appli inactive *2025-08-05* Tarifs exorbitants et surtout pas affichés L’application ne fonctionne pas pour créer un nouveau compte, donc paiement directement à la borne sans que le prix au KW soit affiché clairement. Comme par magie la carte CB est bien pris en compte et le prix payé ne se retrouve que sur votre relevé bancaire.
