I never get charged going through E Pass tolls on these vehicles. Then with a new vehicle that I added to my Sunpass account with an active transponder, I get double billed every time I go through an E-Pass toll - charged to my Sunpass account and also pay by plate. This has been an issue I’ve been dealing with for the last 7 months, with multiple calls to E-Pass customer service. I finally caved to their pressure to have me buy their E-Pass transponder, so I guess I’ll be removing my Sunpass transponder in hopes that will fix it.
