I had high hopes for this app, but I could not place an order. Very very frustrating and wasted 10 minutes.

Downloaded and joined today and placed an order over $10, but didn’t receive a point.  Talked to manager and she said she added a point, but still the point didn’t show up. I’ve double checked my information and it is correct.  Have turned phone off/on, still no point.  I’ve also logged out and back in, still no point.  Also, no help in app, no way to ask questions, leave comments, etc.
