Have to say, I am VERY impressed! At any time, I was expecting a failure. I was thinking that I was expected to make a phone call to get things done. And God forbid, fly-in, in person. That being said, I’ll say the $100 (service fee) is on the high side. The last star I declined to give is for that. ### 4/5 — Scanning Docs ( 10:55 Am - August 25, 2019) *2019-08-25, version 1.7.0* Please check < Scanning Docs > options. It keeps giving me error message after spent 2 hours of doc preparation with out having “ save the draft “option on the app. Tried to deleted and downloaded the app and I have got a message, the app is under critical maintenance. Please verify the heading problem after your maintenance. Thank you, ### 4/5 — Very Convenient product *2019-02-14, version 1.0.3* I found E-POA app very convenient and easy to use. It make a lot of difference compared with the previous process. I have one suggestion though, it would be nice if a user is able to save a draft to finish the application later. As I see, once a user starts the application, either user has to finish and submit the application or lose the data entered if user wants to finish later. Just a good to have if not there already. But overall it’s a great app and will definitely be using it. I have downloaded and register unfortunately the piece where you are supposed to get verification code does not work. Does not even send you a confirmation text. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2021-04-12, version 2.2.0* Don’t waste your money, though all the information I provided is correct, all information till page three , the app added a fourth page ‘audit generated ...’, which has the signer put incorrectly, my agent contacted MOFA and they responded that they only print, I contacted the embassy they told me they only see three pages, I am going to either get my money back or get this corrected ### 1/5 — Not so great *2021-01-20, version 2.1.0* First and foremost App won’t let you save and finish your application in your convenience It has been very frustrating not be able to process the payment go no reason. It gives me a very generic “Something went wrong” message and I couldn’t save my application and return back at other time. I downloaded few days back to use it for attorney purpose. After I finished filling all required information. The first very annoying thing is once you reached to last page if you have something u want to edit u need to logout and start allover again. The second very frustrating is after I prepared and making perfect everything and about to submit the video signature the app closes without working. I tried this again and again at least 15 times yesterday and today. I wasted my time for nonsense app. Please fix this. It keeps on telling me my card is invalid. the problem I’m not my card but the app. I tried calling customer service but they just told me to reinstall the app which I did but same issue going on I called again and all they said was try again which is disappointing ### 3/5 — Easy to use but too expensive *2021-03-27, version 2.2.0* It is easy to use, I love the effort to streamline the process. But there is a lot of room to make the app/service better. Add more navigation, i wasn’t able to go back to edit selections on the Powers you give to your agent. After you reach the pay section you have no options except completing the transaction, no going back, no saving a draft etc.... Need to be transparent on cost. I didn’t know how much it was going to cost until I reached the pay section. $207 is too expensive just to assign power of attorney to get some vital records, in my case just only Birth Certificate. $100 software service fee is unbelievable. $12 download fee is interesting...$95 Ethiopian Embassy Fee, well that is kind of customary. ### 3/5 — Highly over priced *2019-12-05, version 1.7.0* $95 for service fee $12 embassy fee $100 for software fee? Seriously this way to much ### 3/5 — Need improvement *2019-08-30, version 1.7.0* The E-poa application form need to be more friendly and shall give chance to review and correct errors, if any after completing the form. The picture taking and signature process shall also be refined so that applicant sees what has been done before sending. Furthermore, it would make the process easier if clear step by step explanations are given for applicants to complete the form. It literally takes less that 10 minutes to complete an application and you hear back from them with in 24-48 hours. They also have very professional customer service, willing to explain and walk you through the process if you have any questions. It is worth every penny you pay...
