After spending hours on their site, I found out they don't accept my insurance and can't prescribe narcotics without an in-person visit. To get any assurance about fees, they had a link for a PDF entitled "Health Plan Member Request for Assistance for e-Psychiatry Network Participation," using it as an opportunity to get more business and money from insurance companies and employers. This false advertising has wasted my time, worsened my mental health, and it's sickening how they take advantage of people suffering from mental health conditions for money.
