## What is e?

Ralph encompasses various types of e-learning content on different topics related to leadership and collaboration, as well as an AI Coach. The content is continuously updated and expanded.

In the 'Courses' category, you'll find comprehensive e-learnings consisting of various modules and exercises. If you want to engage intensively with a topic, this is exactly the right category.

Micro Learnings are short inputs in video format that are perfectly suited for deepening knowledge on a narrowly defined topic. This category is ideal when you have limited time.

In the 'Whitepaper' section, you'll find compact and easily understandable descriptions of various topics. Here, well-founded knowledge is conveyed in a manageable format.

Under 'Articles', you'll find individual contributions from our consultants on various topics. This is also where new trends are addressed and practical, easily implementable tips & tricks are shared.

The AI Coach has been trained with Coverdale-specific content, methods, and interventions and supports you with your individual challenges and questions related to leadership and collaboration.

• End a coaching session intentionally: In the Coach tab you can now actively close a session. Ralph or Amy wraps things up with an appreciative summary of what you worked on and encouragement for what comes next. The conversation stays open afterwards – follow-up questions are still possible, and you can start a new session anytime via the plus icon.
• Copy individual messages: Every message now has a copy icon, so you can move a single thought or recommendation straight into your notes – in the AI Coach, in Sparring and in reflections.
• Formatting is preserved: Copying single messages or entire conversations now keeps bold text, bullet lists and headings intact. Apps without formatting support automatically receive plain text.
• Better protection when entering your PIN: PIN digits are now shown as dots, with only the last typed digit briefly visible. This applies to all PIN dialogs.
• Minor improvements to text output and stability.
