I have downloaded the app but there is no code given , it’s says enter code above on dashboard but timer is stuck on 0 and no code given above,

Please can you advise why?

I’m stuck as the password reset flow doesn’t work get a 500 response.
The app support link in the App Store does not work so leaving this review.
On setting first password the app kept crashing (appeared to be when coming to the foreground)
