## What is e?

Use the ETS app, (e-RegisterNow Ticket Scanner) to scan all barcoded tickets produced by the e-RegisterNow ticketing service. Clients with e-RegisterNow use this free app with their unique Ignition Key (password) to scan tickets at their events.
The ETS app operates over LTE, Wi-Fi or in Offline (Standalone) mode. ETS can be run in tandem with other e-RegisterNow PC scanning software and/or with multiple ETS scanners simultaneously and effortlessly.
ETS offers two modes of operation: Live (Green) and Standalone/Offline (Red), pertaining to your events Internet accessibility. Either mode can be chosen, with built in checks to ensure that ETS runs correctly without data loss. 

ETS only requires an initial sync over the internet once your events are live. Once synced the device can then function throughout the event without the internet. This allows ETS to run in scenarios where internet access is expen sive or simply not available. ETS will push its data up to the server for reconciliation whenever internet access is re-established.

Live mode allows for you to continue selling tickets through the e-RegisterNow ticketing service and/or through the e-RegisterNow Box office & Kiosk programs during your events. All data is tracked in real time allowing event coordinators to keep track of the redemption process through the constantly updated reports found in the e-RegisterNow dashboard.
The company’s website contains test data along with all the information you will need to familiarize yourself with the ETS app’s operation. The iOS version of the iPhone or iPad must be 10.0.0 or higher. iPhone 5 (and higher) and iPad 3 (and higher) support this app.

ETS now supports multi-scan e-tickets sold through the e-RegisterNow system. A single barcode can be scanned multiples times and each redemption is recorded as a separate entry into your event. Please contact the staff in setting up the e-tickets for the first time.
