Now all of a sudden it doesn’t work at all. You click on a review to access it, it looks briefly as though it’s loading, and then you return to the survey menu. I’ve restarted my device, cleared the cache and even reinstalled the app. Nothing doing! Please fix! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-01-26, version 4.5.10* I took many surveys over about 8 years ago all of a sudden they suspended my account and said there was account violations. In 8 years I’ve never violated anything. They won’t let me cash out all the points I earned. I’ve been a member for many years. You take the whole survey and at the end you get nothing! It will not let you. I’ve had to loose out on several surveys that I was almost done completing because I could not rotate my screen when asked. I’m gonna assume by the fact I take the same survey multiple times a week, sometimes a day that there member pool has dwindled to almost nothing. Haven’t got an at home test item in 3-4 years…guess they lost those big contracts…everything seems to be either government surveys, research surveys from colleges, and public policy entities trying to figure out how to frame their propaganda. Their bottom line is hurting so bad that they are giving Pennies for members to download apps/games to generate revenue. UPDATE: Don’t bother downloading apps they’ll never verify the install and you’ll get nothing. ### 1/5 — What a GYP- but sometimes I’m surprised. *2025-09-06, version 4.5.7* I got a huge shock and surprise this morning, once again the survey for 30 points was offered. This time, it allowed me to take the full survey. It was very long, but also very satisfying. And very difficult- I had to be brutally honest with myself when filling it out. Those are the kinds of surveys. I like the ones where you have to be absolutely honest. And I believe those are the surveys that are worthwhile to the people who are giving them. I guess it all has to do with how quickly you respond to the survey offers. If you are not fast enough, somebody else gets to do it. Several times, while in the middle of the Survey, it arbitrarily decides “I’m not the right kind of person to take it“ even though it is asking me questions that are definitely relevant to me. I am assuming that the questions asked before the survey actually starts are the ones that decide if it is proper for you to take it. But I wish it would not let me into the survey if it’s just going to kick me out right before I finish it. I would rather have it tell me right away if I’m not the right kind of person for it. It makes me feel worthless. And it also feels like A GYP! A Bleeping GYP! One day I had to try about 50 surveys until one of them finally worked. Then, I selected a measly 2.5 point survey and when it comes up, it says it’s for half a point. I wanted to apply the reward to my Amazon account and I was told there was a temporary limit set? It seems that if you try to apply the $10 reward more than twice it makes you wait before you can redeem that reward again. But it never tells you how long you have to wait. Normally, I just wait until I accumulate a large amount of points… but sometimes it just seems like that is very difficult to do. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-08-22, version 4.5.7* This app doesn’t even work and won’t let me login. I’m glad I haven’t done much on the account because I don’t want to waste my time just to get screwed. ### 1/5 — Bad System *2025-08-14, version 4.5.7* I went to redeem $20 in rewards and for unknown reasons E-Rewards validated my account then invalidated it!!!! So now I’m out my $20 and the rest my points all earned from this account and they closed my account. ### 1/5 — “Temporary limit”?!?!? *2025-07-31, version 4.5.4* First off, I had to take about 50 surveys until one of them finally worked. Then when you finally have enough points they demand a picture of your passport or drivers license. However, now they want me to reset my password and they won’t even send the email to change my password. It repeatedly says it’s been sent, but nothing ever arrives . This site has been going downhill for many years though. ### 1/5 — Still utterly useless *2025-05-23, version 4.5.4* Still gives multiple connection errors. Many surveys do not even work via the app. A complete waste of time and effort. ### 1/5 — Think twice before signing up *2025-04-13, version v4.5.3* My account is under review and they said they will not reopen my account. This is what they to do us. You get rewards built up and they will close your account. Watch the time the survey. It may say 15 minutes click on it and it is now 20 minutes. For me I will exit. You spend 15 minutes and you get to end and get message the survey is closed. This is what they do. They also decreased the value of their surveys again. It takes forever to earn points and now I can’t redeem them. This program used to work in the past when I would redeem points for hotel rewards but now I can’t redeem points for any gift card I select. Experience glitches every time I take a survey, resulting in zero points for my efforts. Even after speaking with the company, they refuse to honor my efforts with points, since I cannot remember the EXACT survey topic, questions, length, and date and time of completion. Will be using the website from now on. So they are making money of you without you getting anything. Seems like a scam! ### 1/5 — Some Rewards Never Come *2026-03-02, version 4.5.10* Since they introduced gaming rewards, I find it very difficult to get these rewards. You’re supposed to get rewards by playing games and achieving certain levels, but I never seem to get some of them. When I contact customer service, sometimes it takes them a week to get back to me. A lot of these games have very limited times as far as when you have to achieve the rewards. I think they do this on purpose that they do not have to pay out the rewards, but their customer service has much to be desired for. It seems a little scammy that you earned rewards, you try and get paid for these rewards, but they take weeks to get back to you so they don’t have to honor what you earned. Most other places would call that a scam. ### 1/5 — E.rewards will cheat you *2026-02-24, version 4.5.10* I did e.rewards.com for several years. Then they suddenly sent me an email that I had been suspended. They would not give me a specific reason about what I did wrong. They cheated me out of redeeming hundreds of rewards points. I have used e-Rewards for a few months now, and have never had a problem turning my rewards into gift cards. I do agree that the app is terrible. I honestly had absolutely zero issues. I received my gift card to Macy’s within 1 min. I don’t know why people are having such a hard time. I will say this - I wish the money conversion would be more. But hey! Why complain! Especially when it’s easy and free. I recommend it only when you have extra time like sitting on the toilet, waiting in line, something in which you have to pass time, nothing better to do and are stuck until further end.
