When you set it to 100% it jumps back to 91% when you press save ### 4/5 — Needs battery life remaining status *2026-07-28* App seems useful and helpful But, for those of us that have broken our displays Because they’re in a vulnerable location We can only check battery life by stopping Powering off the bike And opening the battery hatch to press the battery button Revealing 5 possible lights Not very accurate for one And inconvenient I assumed this app would fix that Then I could just check my phone for the battery life status And even tune settings down real quick To get me back home if needed Well now I can tune But a simple inclusion of battery life status Would be extremely helpful Please include on the next update ### 3/5 — Tuning and modes *2026-06-05* I’ve heard a lot about wheelie assist and throttle curve customization but when I bought the bike and downloaded the app none of that was available which was pretty disappointing, I think it would be very cool if those were added to the app ### 2/5 — Throttle curve discontinued? *2026-05-10* I don’t have the throttle curve option for my eride pro sr and that makes this bike terrible in trails…. Please add this option back! They are not saving to the bike. I cannot unlock full power no matter how many times I try and do a power cycle. I tried the brake and throttle method. It seems like the bike has only gotten slower since I’ve used the app. I reset the setting and it still doesn’t help. I love this bike. You have no idea how many times I just go for a ride just because. But this app would be so much cooler if it did what it advertises and if the firmware updates didn’t have so many people on Reddit advising against it because it ruined the once smooth and quick ride. Help. I want to give you 5 starts because the bike is amazing. But this app just doesn’t work **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to write this. We want the app to perform as advertised and get you back to enjoying the ride. ### 1/5 — Poor updates *2025-12-23* Every time you guys update this app my bike has more and more problems. 2025 eride pro sr, screws up all of my power modes, motor is stuttering now with the new update. Luckily I still have the 1st eride app to adjust power settings. The new app has race mode at 100% and the bike feels like a 10kw bike. Bike has the newest firmware installed and has never felt worse. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. A couple days ago I noticed my app needed updated in my phone. After the update it gave me the option to reset my pin and gave me a specific code to email E ride and they would give me a different one… worked perfectly!!
