### 4/5 — 便利です、ファイル送受信もできます

不動産会社さんが導入したのでオーナー側として利用しているのですが、やりとりがスムーズになりました。
問い合わせしたいときに時間帯を問わずに書いて送れるので、ストレスフリーで助かってます。
さらに写真やPDFファイルの送受信もできるのは、便利です。
ただしいったん送信したものは送信キャンセルできないので、慎重に、送る前に文面や写真など確認して冷静にやるようにしています。（慣れたLINEとは違うので、、うっかりしないように）
良い点がもう一つ、履歴として残るので、自分で忘れてしまった問い合わせ内容や回答を、ライブラリ的に見返すことができます。
ただし文章の検索はできません。目視で探しています。
それでも便利です。

支払報告書などが見たいのに、ログイン後の画面がスマホ用でなくパソコン用になるのか、全く使い物にならない。メッセージを開くことも出来ない。管理会社に言われて登録したが、意味がなかった。星もつけたくない。
