No matter how I change the settings, it still makes the sounds. Get rid of it and I’ll add more stars. ### 1/5 — Ear buds *2020-07-29* Please fix it, I can’t even use my ear bud microphone anymore! ### 1/5 — Utter Garbage *2020-06-29* This app used to be great and FREE now it’s not only broken do to this unbearable clicking throughout the entire app regardless of what settings you choose but now they expect you to PAY for this broken mess if you want to record more than once. Don’t waste your time with this trash there are plenty better apps out there they don’t force you to pay to use their broken app. ### 1/5 — All clicks, all the time *2020-05-26* Something with the filter algorithm, this plays a 2 Hz click all the time, whether it’s playback, or monitoring. No adjustments seem to help. The click sounds are about double the amplitude of any signal, except a few mitral samples which cannot be heard at all over the clicks. None of my other audio apps do this. It seems like an overly aggressive audio filter that turned into 1ms square waves. Anyway, it made it completely unusable, and painful on the earpiece to even try. ### 1/5 — What’s happening *2020-03-05, version 2.0* Made a recording. Went to play back. It lets you add and remove abnormal sounds individually and is very helpful when teaching medical students. ### 3/5 — Heart sounds *2023-08-09* I enjoy the app very much, I actually use it to pick up my baby’s heartbeat which is certainly fun and tiny reassurance)not being mistaken for medical advice- just fun to use). The only issue is that after the second or rather second use it would allow any sound to be heard at all. Thank you I’m sure it’s more than likely human error but if not either way it works again soon. ### 3/5 — Seems Good But Quite Broken *2023-06-28* The microphone does remind quite sensitive, but it is able to hear the heartbeat clearly enough for monitoring. Unfortunately the recording is where all my problems start. For one, I cannot playback any recording, and if I try to edit a recording, the app crashes and the recording is deleted. I also cannot share any recordings, the file is unable to be downloaded, so it kind of defeats the entire purpose. ### 3/5 — Clicking sounds *2022-10-05, version 3.0* This app worked perfectly fine until a week ago, there are constant clicking sounds now for some reason. ### 2/5 — Can’t hear heart sounds *2024-06-29* The microphone seems sensitive enough. Lord knows is picking up every other sound in my body like what’s going on in my intestines and my breathing but no heart sounds. It seems like a terrific app if it picked up my sound. Why won’t it pick up my heart sound, I can feel it beating so I know it’s working. Conscious so obviously I’m getting oxygen. Even tried placing it on sternal bones and my clavicle and I still get nothing. I don’t understand how the Mike can seem to be so sensitive yet it doesn’t pick up my cardiac sounds. Maybe there’s a specific frequency range I need to adjust it too, but no instructions regarding that if that’s the case. ### 2/5 — Still problem on iOS 16. *2022-10-07* Slightly improved after latest update.
