### 1/5 — Nicht gerade kundenfreundlich !!!

Hallo, das System wirkt leider nicht besonders benutzerfreundlich und scheint eher für technisch versierte Anwender entwickelt worden zu sein. Für normale Wohnmobilnutzer ist die Einrichtung unnötig kompliziert. Zudem sind Englisch- und teilweise Polnischkenntnisse, viel Geduld und eine gewisse Experimentierfreude erforderlich, bis alles läuft. Bei mir hat die Inbetriebnahme etwa vier Stunden gedauert.

Nearly impossible to use, completely unreliable, horribly slow in every function & ridiculously complicated…. but no doubt making the Polish government a lot of money in fines from people who are trying to pay the road tolls and trying to use this ridiculous App & failing…. Goodbye Poland - after this experience I’m recommending my clients take their business elsewhere….

Die App ist nicht wirklich kompliziert aber der Prozess dahinter bis man elektronisch die Maut bezahlen kann. Man hat vergessen nur noch nach den letzten 12 Stromrechnungen und den letzen 3 Meldebescheinigungen zu fragen - skurriler gehts nicht. Ich habe den Prozess abgebrochen. Nehmt euch als Vorbild einfach mal die österreichische Asfinag - so geht es unkompliziert.

Sorry, aber diese App geht gar nicht. Ich habe mich mit zwei Handys versucht zu registrieren aber man scheitert entweder an der fehlerhaften Übersetzung oder der Sinnhaftigkeit der Fragen. Wir reisen durch halb Europa, nirgendwo ist es so kompliziert wie in Polen seine Maut zu entrichten. So werden wir leider weiterhin Polen als Reiseland mit unserem Wohnmobil meiden, sehr schade.

Force everyone to use the app, registration process is extremely painful. All I want to do is register vehicle type and payment method, Benelux Vignette takes a matter of matter. For this app I have to register with my passport just for an account. Then after taking so long just to open an account I have to start adding vehicles. But it decides I can only do this important part in Polish. 

It could be so easy but no, let’s make it as hard and as difficult as possible. Should be a simple process to just give them money. But after a hour I’m still none the wiser. Terrible app and process.

In dem System ist nicht ersichtlich, auf welchen Straßen die App angeschaltet sein muss. Die Auskünfte per Telefon, die Auskunft spricht deutsch, funktioniert auch nicht korrekt, da die Dame am Telefon nicht über den aktuellen Stand der App informiert ist. Im Prinzip muss man also die App immer angeschaltet lassen? Bei einem versehentlichen Befahren einer mautpflichtigen Strecke ist es nicht möglich nachzuzahlen. Für Touristen, die mit dem Wohnmobil unterwegs sind, wird Europa zu einem Flickenteppich von Mautbetreibern.

It’s made for commercial vehicles. It’s far too complicated for private cars. I never used it after the first time. I use AUTOPAY which is much much simpler as it reads your number plate and you don’t need to keep your mobile phone on. Don’t use e-TOLL.

Mit mehreren polnischen Freunden, Google Übersetzer und sehr viel Zeit ist es nicht gelungen die Anforderungen der App zu erfüllen. Das System gibt so gut wie keine hilfreichen Rückmeldungen bei falschen oder unzureichenden Eingaben. Werde meinen Urlaub mit dem WoMo zukünftig woanders verbringen. Fazit: unbrauchbare App!

Bei der Anmeldung muss im Punkt Kontoeinrichtung eine Einzahlung von 20 PLN erfolgen. Danach funktionieren die weiteren Schritte.
