The riding experience is great but maintenance is a nightmare. The App doesn’t connect to the unit, even when manually put into BT-connection mode (LED on rear derailleur blinking blue). I had to remove the App and delete the bike in the App. After adding the bike anew, the connection was established and I could update the Firmware. Also, whenever the App switches to the Shimano web-site (which it does often) the connection to the bike gets lost. Meine Schaltung gelöscht und neu eingepflegt werden. Ich hab noch nie ein Gerät bzw. App gehabt, die eine so schlechte Verbindung hat. Wenn es funktioniert ist die App garnicht schlecht aber das ewige neuverbinden ist ein Trauerspiel. Da mann auf die App in gewisserweise angewiesen ist - umschalten der Modi oder Akkustand ist das wirklich ärgerlich. Ich sah mich schon zum Händler fahren. Nach einer halben Ewigkeit wurde das Update ohne Probleme abgeschlossen. Das, was man vielleicht beachten sollte ist dass man den Bildschirmschoner abschaltet. D.h. der Sperrbildschirm muss in den Systemeinstellungen des Handys auf nie gesetzt werden. Der Abstand von Handy zu Rad Display so gering wie möglich und nach Start des Updates nicht mehr bewegen. Die App immer im Vordergrund lassen.
