The app has several issues such as not working with wifi, not pairing with the scooter, and having to log back in every time you wish to access the app. Advertising a scooter as being functional with an app is completely false when the app does not work. ### 1/5 — Can’t connect *2024-08-03* Bought a used scooter and app says “this device is already paired with an account.” Any way to get around this? ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-04-28* App is useless. Locking by app is riskyas you may get stranded to unlock. App is totally unreliable and they need to improve at leaset on scooter connection and locking unlocking. ### 2/5 — Needs work (too!) *2023-01-21* Update: most recent version has an imperial/ metric toggle that works. Nice! Works: setting speed limits, locking scooter, setting push to start. All easier than awkward scooter menus Needs Help: switching to Imperial display still shows metric values. I’ve logged in about 50miles on the scooter and I use the app everytime. It’s a very slow app, doesn’t keep up with your speed, it lags. It also doesn’t seem to do a good job at keeping track of your trips. It logs when you turn your scooter on and off, but doesn’t seem to log your point A to point B very well at all. This app could have lots of potential, but definitely needs some fixin. Love the scooter, just wish they invest the same time on the app as they do on the scooter. ### 1/5 — Half doesn’t pair *2020-10-18* Just bought the GT model. Terrific scooter, didn’t know it was even capable of being connected to an app. With that said, I don’t think that it is. Seems like this is maybe for a future scooter that has not yet been released, or it simply doesn’t work. Either way, an app that doesn’t work with the latest most premium model is one star. ### 4/5 — Really solid scooter *2020-10-12* I purchased a Booster Plus S + sometime within the past 2 weeks. The scooter it’s self it’s great. I can reach speeds of typically around 20-21 mph. The scooter is really well made. The suspension on the scooter is awesome! Only a couple small complaints so far. 1) no standard kickstand-this is something that is included on cheap scooters so I figured a $700 scooter would have one. I have since ordered an aftermarket one to install. 2) no cool led strip lights- a lot of scooters are adding these to make them look cooler and provide extra safety when riding in low light conditions. Those really are my only 2 complaints about the scooter it’s self. Today (10/12/2020) I installed the E-Twow app today and I was trying to pair to my new scooter. The Bluetooth is enabled and within 5 feet and the scooter is on, however isn’t pairing with my scooter.
