Purtroppo spesso si blocca non caricando la macchina elettrica. Devo spegnere il generale il magnetotermico per poi riaccenderlo e a quel punto ritorna a funzionare. Ma spesso mi trovo con la macchina, non carica al momento della partenza.

Quando entro nella sezione “installazione” dell’app (da IPhone) la schermata diventa bianca e l’app crasha. Questo succede perché la wall box è collegata direttamente all’inverter dei pannelli solari. Per fare sistemate questo bug che è presente da 1 anno

Dice que tengo que darle permisos de red local, y no hay posibilidad de configurarlo, en iOS, ni si quiera reinstalando la app salta para que le des permiso.

Compré el cargador de Orbis confiando en sus funcionalidades y en la posibilidad de gestionarlo a través de la app, que permitía ver estadísticas, controlar la carga, programarla, etc. Sin embargo, al cabo de un tiempo dejaron de actualizar el cargador, la app dejó de funcionar correctamente y el equipo ha quedado obsoleto.

Para colmo, en el propio dispositivo indica que es un modelo antiguo, lo cual me deja en total indefensión. Invertí más de mil euros pensando que era una solución moderna y duradera, pero la realidad ha sido muy distinta.

Expuse esta situación hace más de un año y ni siquiera he recibido una respuesta por parte de la empresa. El silencio y la falta de soporte técnico son inaceptables. Me siento totalmente defraudado. Por todo esto, pongo una estrella (porque no se puede poner ninguna). Dinero tirado a la basura.

Más o menos ha sido una app buena,  pero desde la última actualización de firmware, pierde parámetros, se queda en error sin cargar. Y tardan mucho en sacar nuevas actualizaciones. Mejor explorar otras marcas

El cargador genera una wifi que pierde constantemente aunque estés pegado al aparato. Funciones poco intuitivas y mal explicadas en las instrucciones con un diseño de la app que deja que desear. 
Se supone que puedes usar tarjetas RFID pero no trae ni una de cortesía. 
Después de probar todo, o no funciona bien, o no sé cómo puedo simplemente activar la manguera o desactivarla a través de la app, sin tarjetas rfid, para que ningún vecino pueda usarlo. Decepcionante
