确实比较垃圾，能搞明白整一个实时显示公交功能就可以了。卡、慢、滞后。如果不是政府订单，怕一天都生存不下去。哪个地方实时公交还不通高德百度？也就是淮安了。不就是专门为了扶持你，为此城市形象都不要了，你不觉得有愧吗？

是不是对我们苹果用户有什么意见啊，进去想扫码支付就网络不佳一直网络不佳，卸载了重新下，直接登不上去了啊，希望管理员尽量更新

原因有三：其一，充值金额超过3个月提现不了，不待在淮安了想提现提不了了，老百姓的钱就不是钱了，然而每次还有两块多的时候就要求你充值，不冲就没法用；其二，网络状态好的时候页面总会出错，要么打不开，要么扫不了，客服也永远联系不上；其三，提现金额迟迟不到账。

在公交付款和实时查询公交位置方面，城客e家做的相当的好！我就不用在公交站台上干巴巴的等公交了！但是，在打出租车这方面，城客e家做的相当不好，前面我用这款软件打出租车，上车了却没显示路线，到目的地也无法实施付费，反正一直是等车的页面，与滴滴出行、哈啰出行相比差距很大。希望软件开发方能好好重视打车板块的开发运营问题，多向滴滴学习学习，毕竟在我国，打车软件有很大的发展空间，打车软件所带来的经济效益非常大。希望城客e家好好重视这点。
