我就办个变更的小业务，然后不勾选章程变更进行不下去；人工审核不通过，说是得不勾选章程，让我重新申请，重新申请还不是一样，最后直接给我驳回了。我的法人账户现在在手机和网页都登不上去了显示“系统繁忙”和“加载中”，估计是给我拉黑了？这还让我怎么办业务？这让我连去现场都申请不了了。
本来还以为是便民，没想到又一个形式主义。
