Clumsy, not intuitive and strangely designed application. NO POSSIBILITY TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE TO ENGLISH IS EMBRASING!
It’s ok, could benefit from a few more features
My apartment building uses this system, and I appreciate the convenience of this app for reserving machines and viewing the state of the system. It would be even better with a few more basic features: (1) English language option. ;) (2) Notifications for when your reservation starts, and for when your machines finish, so I didn’t have to set a separate timer/calendar event to remind myself of these things. (3) A way to request the system send a notification to the previous machine user to remind them to retrieve their laundry, when they are not a person who sets a timer and instead they leave their laundry in the machines for hours. Once the machine door has been opened, the system seems to assume the machine is available for use, even when it isn’t, meaning you only discover this when you have carried your own laundry all the way to the room and find the machine still full. There’s no way to know who abandoned their stuff, and you are blocked from your own reservation. A button in the app that sends a reminder notification to the previous user would be extremely helpful, and would encourage neighborly harmony. :)

Worst laundry system
This is very easily the worst laundry system I have ever used. It is extremely confusing and the app does not guide you through the process correctly. Please fix this

Great app
Gives me all the info i need. Instantly shows me my bill and gives you the option to see what machines are currently being used, very useful when living on the 5th floor, so I don’t get to the laundry to find all the machines are in use!
