## What is E手签?

E手签是福建省面向公众提供的电子认证服务工具，是福建数字证书中心个人证书应用工具。 
E手签主要是以APP接口方式提供服务，功能如下： 
1)远程快速申请个人数字证书； 
2)依托公安部一所“互联网+身份认证平台”，安全集成相关活体检测接口，对行为人的真实身份进行认证； 
3)管理个人证书以及个人信息 
4)提供时间戳服务，为业务处理的不可抵赖性和可审计性提供有效的支持。
5)工作台中集成各类办公等业务应用。
