“临e家”是山东临工面向客户推出的一款客户服务APP。旨在通过移动互联网技术，为客户全方位展示相关的车辆及业务信息，并打通与客户的沟通渠道，为客户提供高附加值的增值服务。“临e家”主要功能如下：

1、车辆的报修、保养、防伪查询、出租求租和应急呼救等功能。

2、车辆的位置信息、运行参数、开工统计、油耗分析、故障代码等信息展示。

3、整机产品展示、配件商城、新机招募等功能。

4、个人信息、绑定的车辆信息、订单及还款记录等功能。
