## What is 失眠E療?

此應用程式是根據失眠認知行為治療的課程為用戶提供一個線上的平台學習如何處理自己的失眠問題。應用程式的內容主要包括了六個課程，分別為
1.	課程介紹
2.	認識睡眠
3.	行為策略
4.	睡眠衛生習慣
5.	認知療法
6.	課程回顧及預防復發
通過這六個子課程提供一些正確的處理失眠的知識和技巧，並包含一些小工具(例如:睡眠日記，放鬆訓練) 幫助失眠人仕有效處理睡眠問題，改善睡眠。
