本当に人間が使うことを想定して作られたアプリですか？全然使えない

不在者投票申請のために必要になり登録しました。確認メールが届くまでに数分かかった事以外は特に気になった事ありませんでした。横浜市内の催し物など様々な参加申請などもできるみたいなので今後機会があれば活用したいと思います。

まず根本的な話として、操作説明がろくにない。
"マイナンバーカードをスマホのどこにどういうふうにかざせ"ぐらいの説明もない。
高齢で慣れてない方とか、困るだろうに。

メニューの「アプリについて」からはソースコードしか表示されず、肝心の使い方の説明はなし。
「よくある質問」には本当に市のよくある質問に飛ぶことができるが、そうじゃなくて操作説明を示せと。そうでないと自分のやり方が悪いのか、アプリやマイナンバーカードがおかしいのか、別のトラブルなのか、わかったものではない。
結局、いくら調べても解決しなかったので、役所で直接聞くことにしました。
画面にもっと便利に、もっと簡単にと表示されているが、何の冗談だろう。歩いて役所まで行く方がずっと簡単です。

他のレビュー見てると批判されてるが、自分は不在者投票の申請に最低限の時間しか要さなかったので特に印象は悪くはない。あまりにも評価が低いので肯定意見もあるよということで。

不在者投票のために利用しました。特に詰まることもなくスムーズに手続きできました。
カードの読み取りに関しては端末の問題なのでアプリのせいではないと思います。機種ごとにマイナンバーカードを読み取りやすい位置が変わるので、調べてみると今後使いやすいかもしれないですね。

引っ越したばかりで参議院選挙の不在者投票の申請するのに、インストールしなければならなかった。

もう横浜から去ったのに、わざわざこんなのインストールしなければならないのか、意味がわからない。

使い勝手もわるいし、税金をこんなのに使われてると思うと、ほんとうに無駄遣いだと思う。
