事業e秘書整合《遠雄人壽》展業人員開拓業務時所需要的數位功能，不論是在職場、捷運或客戶家中，都能快速透過事業i秘書的功能，即時完成各項任務。

【壽險通路專區Portal】
Portal是一個整合所有系統功能的入口，透過登入Portal後，即可便利進入「CRM客戶關係管理系統」、「我的事業園地」等遠雄系統，無須再輸入帳號密碼，達成一站式體驗服務。

【CRM客戶關係管理系統】
CRM是一個整合與活化客戶資料的系統，提供快捷且多元的客戶資料查詢功能。展業人員能為客戶進行保單健診或保險需求分析，可產製保單健診報告書，為客戶分析保障缺口及推薦商品，創造成功銷售機會。

【我的事業園地】
提供保單查詢、保單照會、商品資訊、保單提醒通知、保單進度查詢、業績查詢、行政表單下載等各項展業支援功能。

另可連結至【旅行險受理系統】及【建議書系統】。
