How do I sign up for E-Constat FTUSA?
Signing up is simple. You can connect using your phone number via an SMS code (OTP) and then complete your profile with your name, surname, and email address.
What types of vehicle claims can I declare with E-Constat FTUSA?
E-Constat FTUSA supports all types of claims, including glass breakage, collisions, fires, theft, and others, whether there is a third party involved or not.
Can I add photos and other details to my accident report?
Yes, you can indicate the initial point of impact, describe visible damage, and add up to 10 photos from your camera or gallery. You can also add textual or voice descriptions.
How does E-Constat FTUSA handle the accident location?
The app automatically geolocates the accident, capturing the country, city, street, date, and time. If needed, you can also manually enter these details.
What happens after I submit my accident report?
After submitting, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation. The contract holder is also notified, even if they were not the one who filed the report. A PDF report with a QR code is generated and sent to you and your insurance.
