下載app就是希望介面操作簡單，內容易查詢易懂。但下載第一金的app根本就沒有用。只是下載一個app開啟網路連結而已，而且這個app會不定時讓你重新登入，但卻又顯示有另一個頁面已經登入？！根本一點也不便利。再者，登入後查詢保單，保單資訊真的覺得進步空間還很大。查看過往的使用者對於app的評論，感覺官方所說的改進只是敷衍了事罷了，因為反應的問題還是一樣。
