They don’t wash your cloths, they destroy your clothes, be very cautious of this fraudulent service. 洗坏好几件衣服了，是那种无法修复的坏，大家小心他们，一群混蛋骗子

I sent a pair of jeans, a sweater and a down coat to be cleaned on the 14th, the app shows that it was due to be sent back on the 18th. Now at 9pm of the 28th I’m calling their customer service for the third time asking when I would receive my clothes! All they say is “you’ll get your feedback as soon as possible”, refusing to give a date. This is the crappiest cleaning service I’ve ever used.

‭137 1809 4242‬ This is the number of a horrible delivery guy in for Edaixi in Beijing. He should be fired with no doubt.
Yelling at the customer is a norm whenever he comes in to pick up or drop off the laundry.   I don’t know how the app manage their offline service. But this certainly should not be the case.
