Unable to set up

Setting up an account on the app is impossible. I have tried repeatedly to do it via my e-devlet account. It says info is stored but then sends me round the same loop when I try to log in, stating my id number isn’t recognised. I’ve spent longer trying to set up account than if I’d caught a bus into town to go to GP and pick up results in person!!

e-Nabız is an application that allows citizens and their authorized relatives and physicians to access personal health data collected from healthcare facilities via the internet and mobile devices. It compiles information such as diagnoses, lab tests, medical images, prescribed medications, vaccinations, and allergies.

How do I activate and use e-Nabız?

To use the application, you must first activate the e-Nabız system by logging in through the 'E-Devlet ile Giriş' (Login with E-Devlet) section on the website https://www.enabiz.gov.tr. Once activated and user consent is given, the application can access and utilize your health information on supported mobile devices.

What kind of health information can I access?
