Толку нет от приложения .

В последние две недели при входе в приложение не прогружается баланс , не отображаются зарядки на карте , в списке при включенном VPN и при выключенном. Очень сильно неудобно стоять возле зарядной станции и по 15-20 минут пытаться поставить авто на зарядку. Решите пожалуйста эту проблему.
