This app is not user-friendly. There are entirely too many screens to move through just to send one prescription. It is very time-consuming to utilize. And, while you are placing a script, if you touch the screen in the wrong place, the entire prescription disappears, and you have to start over from the beginning!!! Also, if you are finally at the very end, and want to go back and change one detail, the app kicks you out and you have to start over from the beginning. I am not aware of one nurse who has that much time to spend on putting in a prescription. Nurses need technology that is user-friendly, quick to use, and accurate. E3Pro is none of those things.

Always crashes, refills never go through to the pharmacy. Half the time physicians don’t get the prescriptions for signature. It’s just a pain. E3 plesse do better!

Had so many tickets with it is insane app crashes constantly can’t get any meds added without having to start over and can’t get anything profiled to add or send scripts. Since the last update the app is practically useless at this point

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am someone that never leaves reviews but, this app frustrates me to no end, a review is necessary! It is SO slow, I get error messages ALL.THE.TIME. It takes WAY too long to input Meds, doesn’t save pharmacy information…This makes my job 10x’s harder. Previous to using this we used Iprescribe, which was honestly the best and easiest app to use. Praying my company realizes what trash this is and decides to go back to Iprescribe. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY APP!
