Last time this app was updated was 5 months ago. I understand tech moves on and newer versions are now out along with a new app for those particular versions but we have been forgotten about and left behind. Now I have an e4 the watch faces I used to have didn’t work anymore. When I select the message on the watch says that the app is not compatible anymore. Any update to expect? **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for sharing your comment. The app Watch Faces with all the new wtach faces available for the E4 is only compatible with Wear OS 3. If you encounter this message, this means that your watch is still under Wear OS 2 and has not been updated for multiple years. Could you please verify that your watch is well connected to WiFi and that a Google account is well connected into your watch in order to receive all the updates. Sent watch back to Tag Heuer.. still didn’t work. I use as a simple watch but now it doesn’t recharge properly and resets to wrong time and date… WASTE OF MONEY AND PLASTIC AND METAL ANS CARDBOARD.. BUT Syncing health and workout data is just not working. Walking distances, energy levels, heart rates - inconsistent and all over the place. The watch says one thing, the app says something else. And that’s a good result, because sometimes the app doesn’t show the workout at all. Ridiculously bad for a smart watch with a massive price tag. UPDATE 30/10/24: I was asked to contact Customer Service via the TAG Heuer Connected application in Settings > Contact Support with the hashtag #AppStoreReview. Tried, and failed as the contact form wouldn’t let me write my name or email address. Auto filling the form didn’t work either. My disappointment increases. UPDATE 13/0326: After various updates the app is still a piece of rubbish. I will sell my watch and never buy one again. ### 1/5 — iOS 26 breaks the connection *2025-09-16, version 2.3.7* After upgrading to iOS 26 the watch won’t connect with the app. You still get notifications but all your workout / steps stats never get transfer to the app. Hopefully this is fixed in the upcoming updates ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-07-16, version 2.3.6* Operating system is terrible - doesn’t pair with your google account, crashes every time you try and use the golf app and battery life is bad. I understand this is because of the Google operating system but the app itself is nothing to write home about. There’s no clear way to trouble shoot within the app. I even tried resetting to factory settings but still nothing works. The only thing this watch does is track steps - total waste of money. App ist sehr übersichtlich und entgegen anderer Rezensionen empfand ich den Tag Heuer Service sehr professionell. Ich kann SAP und Uhr nur empfehlen. ### 5/5 — Nice watch *2025-04-15, version 2.3.6* I purchased the 42 mm connect watch recently. Overall, very happy with the watch. It looks great, wears nice, connects with my phone. Does most everything I want. Only issue or complaint that I would have is battery life. I came from a Garmin Fenix 7 that is much sportier looking. The Fenix 7 is approximately the same size as the 42, however, the battery on the Fenix would last several days with all options on. The 42 lasts, at best, 24 hours with most of the options turned off.
