E3.INFO is a mobile employee workplace platform for organizations that use the E3.INFO HR system. Sign in with your work account, select your organization, and access the tools your company has enabled for you.

• Peer recognition — send and receive kudos, view recognition activity, and track loyalty points
• Rewards & engagement — redeem points, play lucky draw, and complete quizzes or polls
• Internal messaging — direct messages and team channels with mentions, file sharing, and voice messages
• Colleagues & org chart — find teammates, view profiles, and navigate your organization
• News & policies — read company announcements and access policy documents
• Performance — view KPI history, objectives, and SLA items assigned to your role
• Notifications — stay updated on recognition, messages, news, and workplace alerts
• Inspections & field work — complete assigned inspection requests with photo documentation (when enabled)
• Sales & CRM tools — manage contacts, companies, and inbox conversations (when enabled for your role)

MULTI-ORGANIZATION SUPPORT

On first launch, choose your organization from the company list or enter your organization code. E3.INFO serves multiple companies on one app — each organization’s data stays isolated.

LANGUAGES

Full English and Vietnamese support with in-app language switching.

SECURITY

Sign-in uses your organization’s credentials (email + password or one-time code). Access is limited to features your employer has assigned to your employee profile.

An active employee account with an organization on E3.INFO. If your company does not use E3.INFO yet, contact your HR or IT team — this app does not provide public self-registration.
