Sometimes it will open and works great.  Other times it will not open.  All I have is the opening page and won’t move on when I have client.  So I have to get my computer out

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback — just to clarify, are you referring to:

1. The Energy4Life GEM app working with the GEM device, or
2. Using BWS / practitioner tools with a client?

The GEM app is designed specifically for use with the GEM device and is not intended for running BWS client scans, which are supported via the Portal/computer.
