The account login button does not respond. ### 3/5 — Lack of response *2024-07-29* Once I’m logged in to the app, it is hard to get past the menu. Global access and currency work but the other menu items cause the app to close. Thank goodness I have the phone numbers in my contacts, if needed. Seems the app still has some bugs for iPhone users. ### 2/5 — Minimal functionality *2023-07-19* This app doesn’t even allow users to add their membership card to the Apple Wallet. In fact, the membership card appears in the app turned in landscape mode, which makes it difficult to read. App does not facilitate FaceID login. How reliable is that? Application crashes immediately upon loading. I can take my digital card on the go with me and there is one-click access to call the emergency line if I need EA+. The developers are idiots that know nothing about their application! They claim that using IOS updates and changing your settings and permissions will solve their piss poor application problem!!
