I just searched by interest and it neglected to show related events (I chose drone related and it didn’t show me the talk today about new drone rules). The map requires a download each time and it takes forever because cell data is poor here. Even when it does load the search field never found the vendor I was looking for despite perfect spelling. Maybe they need a separate app for an interactive app that folks can download in advance. ### 1/5 — Login SNAFU *2025-07-22, version 2025.v2.1* Cannot login with new update. App asks to email a code which results in an emailed link (not a code). The link just takes me back to the app to request a code. Frustrating. ### 1/5 — Swing and a miss *2025-07-16, version 2025.v2.1* For me, the most useful feature of other apps like this is to look up and locate a vendor. The map takes too long to load and there’s seemingly no flag or pointer or anything show me where the vendor I’m looking for is located. ### 1/5 — Cannot log in *2025-07-16, version 2025.v2.1* I open the app, it asks for an email address. I open my email, click Log In Now, and it takes me back to the same app screen telling me to click the Log In Now button in the email. Infinite login loop. Tried reinstalling, closing the app entirely, etc. Nothing works. Useless as of now, unfortunately. ### 1/5 — Login Loop *2025-07-16, version 2025.v2.1* Typing in my email causes an email to be sent to me with a link that should log me into the app but all it does is take me back to the login page asking for my email to send me a link. There is a list although it seems incomplete as of now. Schedules and airshow times. ### 2/5 — Still cannot see all times an event repeats *2024-06-02, version 2023.v5.2* Unfortunately, the app still has the same crucial flaw that it had since the beginning. The same event, like a forum presentation, which repeats multiple times, does not list all the days and times it repeats. Instead, the event is simply duplicated at different times. This makes it impossible to plan what day works in your schedule, or even find out if you have a choice. You can only, once you find an event, do a search for its title and hope the search catches them. You then would have to add them all to your schedule, and at the end go through your schedule manually to figure out a scheme that works. That there is no way to view the schedule by event, only by time and date, is such a crucial flaw in a scheduling system. ### 1/5 — Eaa *2023-07-27, version 2023.v1.3* Eaa radio cuts out sentencing you to listening to repeated adds at a higher volume then the content. It is also delayed from air show and often does not match air show content. Then it ask for another code, which I have no idea how to get. Totally worthless. I cannot believe that their tech team has not realized this issue this close to AirVenture and done something about it. As of now I think its is very user friendly and has been super helpful to create my own personal schedule of events. It is also a great source of communication from the people who run the event because they will alert you to things like weather or a Blue Angel fly-over! Logging in via the email link was a snap, and now I know my even selections will be saved. I appreciate having a full convention schedule right at my finger tips, and I also appreciate all the maps in one convenient spot. I Love the map feature to find exact venders and found the food map great for the one soft serve ice cream spot. Also really appreciate the seminar list and daily schedule. Thanks ### 3/5 — Awkward account set up and log in *2025-07-13, version 2023.v5.2* Be prepared to spend a lot of time sorting out the login requirements. The account in the app is different from your EAA account though you need to use the same email address for the app as you do for the EAA web site. And since you likely have an ID on the EAA site, you can’t use that ID here apparently. When you enter your email address and request a link, you are not done until you continue with enter your first and last name. This is an unnecessary additional step which has to be completed before the link is actually sent to you. That isn’t very clear. In the end, this app really shouldn’t require a login at all. It is just an informational type app and would be best suited for showing simply the event calendar and maps. ### 3/5 — Inadequate *2024-07-26, version 2023.v5.2* Suggest that developers attend the event. From how this app works it’s apparent that they’ve never been at AirVenture. ### 3/5 — Good, but search tool is inadequate *2022-07-29, version 2022.v3.1* Unlike other reviewers I find logging in straightforward and the maps clear and easy to use. What is missing is a good search tool. Put in “Theater in the Woods” for example, and it comes up with four events for the entire week. A search by a presenter’s last name also comes up empty. Automated index tools exist to make this a snap. Adding one would make this a five-star app. ### 2/5 — They’ve broken the login *2026-07-02, version 2025.v2.1* If you’re not using the default email app on your device you cannot log in. NOTE: After I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, I was able to log in.
