I discovered the newer app was requiring my last name as user name and my membership number as the password. Tried it on a long hunch and it worked. ### 1/5 — POS *2026-03-26, version 7.2.1* I can’t believe Jack allowed this. ### 1/5 — Cannot login *2026-02-28, version 7.2.1* You can’t login - even though I can login to the web site ### 1/5 — Broken *2025-10-07, version 7.2.1* Cannot login with username and password ### 1/5 — APP no longer works *2025-07-30, version 7.2.1* Had used the APP for years to download monthly issues. APP no longer recognizes my username or password. EAA chat line instructed to use last name and EAA number, which of course did not work because the app requires UN and PW. Chat provided the link for download from the website. Now Worthless *2020-11-26, version 7.0.131* Sorry to say I hate the new app. I fly for a living and rarely have good WiFi when I have time to catch up with my magazines. This new app says you can download a pdf, it just locks up the app and, even if you leave it for hours, it downloads nothing. Please fix this! I'm primarily using an iPad 11 pro (2nd gen). I've only filled up 1/3 the storage space - it's not a storage issue. I've deleted the app and re-downloaded, but the problem remains. The old app let me download and save all the issues I wanted to. That was an AWESOME benefit. Wish this new version did the same.
